Mesima Privacy Policy
MESIMA Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 2, 2026
Crown Kitchens Inc. ("Crown Kitchens," "we," "us," or "our") provides MESIMA, a project-management, collaboration, client-communication, and business-assistant application for authorized Crown Kitchens personnel and invited users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when MESIMA is used.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, MESIMA may collect or process the following information:
-
Account and profile information: name, email address, user identifier, role, profile settings, authentication information, and preferences.
-
Project and customer information: customer or project names, project addresses, room or project descriptions, project status, assignments, tasks, notes, activity records, schedules, and related business information.
-
Files and communications: documents, images, uploaded files, project or portal messages, chat content, comments, and other materials users choose to submit.
-
Calendar information: calendar events, dates, times, attendees, descriptions, and related scheduling information when a user connects a supported calendar service.
-
Connected-service information: information retrieved from or sent through services that a user or administrator chooses to connect, such as Google services (including Gmail, Google Sign-In, and Google Calendar), Dropbox, and WhatsApp. The exact information processed depends on the permissions granted and the MESIMA features used.
-
Assistant information: prompts, messages, task requests, summaries, and relevant workspace information processed to provide the ASSAF AI assistant, automated briefs, inbox analysis, and related features.
-
Device and technical information: IP address, device or browser type, operating system, app version, identifiers, timestamps, diagnostic information, and usage or security logs that may be processed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
-
Notification information: device or push-notification identifiers and notification preferences when notifications are enabled.
MESIMA does not intentionally collect payment-card information through the app and is not intended for advertising-based profiling.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
-
authenticate users and manage roles and access;
-
provide project boards, task management, calendars, client portals, file sharing, communications, notifications, and administrative features;
-
connect and synchronize services selected by users or administrators;
-
provide AI-assisted chat, summaries, daily briefs, prioritization, and workflow automation;
-
communicate about accounts, projects, service updates, security, and support;
-
maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve MESIMA;
-
prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, or other harmful activity; and
-
comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable agreements.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use MESIMA information for third-party targeted advertising.
3. How Information Is Shared
Information may be shared in the following circumstances:
-
Within Crown Kitchens: authorized personnel may access shared company, customer, and project information as needed for their work. Personal areas and administrative functions are limited according to assigned permissions.
-
With invited users: information may be made available to clients or other invited participants through project portals or collaboration features, as directed by an authorized user.
-
With service providers: hosting, database, authentication, communications, file-storage, notification, analytics, security, and AI-processing providers may process information on our behalf to operate MESIMA. MESIMA is built and hosted using Base44 services.
-
With connected services: when a user or administrator enables an integration, relevant information may be exchanged with that service, such as Google, Dropbox, or WhatsApp, according to the permissions granted and that provider's terms and privacy policy.
-
For legal or safety reasons: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or enforceable government requests; protect users, Crown Kitchens, or the public; investigate misuse; or protect legal rights and security.
-
Business transfers: information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.
4. Google User Data
If a user connects a Google account, MESIMA accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features the user requested, such as sign-in, email-related workflows, or calendar synchronization. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or transferred for unrelated purposes.
MESIMA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Users can revoke MESIMA's Google access through their Google Account security settings. Revoking access may disable related MESIMA features.
5. AI-Assisted Features
MESIMA includes AI-assisted features through ASSAF. Information submitted to ASSAF, along with relevant workspace information required to respond, may be processed by our application platform and its AI service providers. Users should not submit information to the assistant unless they are authorized to use it for the requested business purpose. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before it is relied upon or used to make decisions.
We do not use personal information processed through MESIMA to create advertising profiles or sell it to data brokers.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide MESIMA, maintain business and project records, satisfy contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the reason it is held.
Authorized users may request correction or deletion of their account information by contacting us. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will delete or de-identify the requested information. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period or be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legitimate business-record purposes.
Removing or disconnecting an integration stops future access through that connection but may not automatically delete information already imported into MESIMA. A separate deletion request may be required.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, role-based permissions, secure service providers, and encrypted communications. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction on certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also disconnect linked services, adjust notification preferences, or request account deletion.
To make a privacy or deletion request, email moishy@crownkitchensinc.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
9. Children's Privacy
MESIMA is a business application and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through MESIMA. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. International Processing
MESIMA and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from those where a user resides. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as MESIMA, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice within MESIMA or through another appropriate channel.
